Rosezella Faye (Clark) Baltazar

Rosezella Faye Baltazar (Clark) 1957 ~ 2009 Devoted Mother, Sister, Aunt and Friend, passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully in her sleep at home on Tuesday, March 24, 2009.She was born on August 22, 1957, daughter of Henry and Natalie Clark in Salinas, CA. Her family moved often. She has lived in Whitefish, MT; Antler, ND; Blaine, WA; Salt Lake City, UT; West Valley City, UT; Rock Springs, WY; Woods Cross, UT. She graduated from Skyline High School in 1975. Faye was always on the Honor Roll. Upon graduation, Faye worked three years for the Internal Revenue Service. She then applied to the Forest Service and worked for one and a half years. Faye applied and advanced in the Social Security Administration. She excelled in the performance of her job. Faye married Paul Baltazar. They later divorced. On September 3, 1987 they had a son, Bryce. He has been the pride and joy in her life. Later they divorced. Faye was a valuable employee, a great asset to her job. She recently received the Regional Commissioner Award for Quality. Her title at work was "Technical Expert." She was extremely knowledgeable on all the facets of her job. She mentored numerous co-workers and was able to assist thousands of clients in receiving their benefits. She had a perfect public service record. She loved and cared for her many nephews and nieces. Always there and willing to help out. One of the best Aunts ever. She is loved by everyone and will be sorely missed. She was very active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served above and beyond the callings of her duties. She is survived by her son Bryce Baltazar; also her three brothers, Lowell (Garna) Clark, Neil (Ingrid) Clark, Paul (Cindy) Clark; one sister Corby (Lloyd) Johnson; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by all of her grandparents; both her parents, Henry and Natalie Clark; and several of her cousins. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 30, 2009 at the Woods Cross 15th Ward Chapel, 1478 West 2175 South, where there will be a visitation Sunday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and Monday morning 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. prior to services.
